How do I make a reservation?
You can book through our website contact form, via email at info@sangmongubud.com, or via WhatsApp at +62 813-5304-0211. We’ll confirm your booking within 24 hours.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we provide airport transfer services from Ngurah Rai International Airport to Sang Mong Ubud. Please get in touch with us in advance to arrange this service.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel for free until 3 days before arrival. If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the reservation. If you don’t show up, the no-show fee will be the total price of the reservation.
Are children welcome?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome at Sang Mong Ubud. Please let us know in advance if you’re traveling with children so we can prepare accordingly.
